WatchRegister.com is an independently developed blockchain technology solution specialising in the online database registration of watches. Our service enables watch owners and watch retailers to register, search and transfer watches giving history, provenance and security when buying or selling luxury watches. Our members can register their watches together with detailed information updating and alerting our members in the event of a watch is lost or stolen. Members can transfer ownership of watches between accounts with a unique registration, information and transfer service.



Is My Account & Watch Data Secure
All sensitive identifyable account and watch data is fully encrypted to the highest possible standards. We use 256 bit AES encryption standards, the same level of security used by the financial industry and inteligence agencies. 256-bit AES encryption refers to the process of concealing plaintext data using the AES algorithm and an AES key length of 256 bits. In addition, 256 bits is the largest AES key length size, as well as its most mathematically complex key.



Will My Account Or Watch Information Be Shared With Anyone?
No. We do not share, sell or lease any information for your account or registered watches with any 3rd party under any circumstances.

How Do I Create An Account
Creating your member account at WatchRegister.com is fast and simple. Complete the online account registration form, confirm your email address and you will receive instant access to your member account.



How Many Watches Can I Register
As a private member you can register, search and transfer unlimited watches from your account. Business members can register, search and transfer unlimited watches. Law enforcement agencies can register and search unlimited watches.



What Membership and Subscription Options Do I Have
We offer 3 account options for Personal, Business and Law Enforcement users.
Personal Membership, Business Membership, Law Enforcement Membership which enables you to register, search and transfer unlimited watches




How Do I Upgrade My Account
Login to your account and follow the navigation to Subscription section, select the Subscription you wish to upgrade to and follow the onscreen instructions.



Why do you charge a Membership Fee?
WatchRegister.com charges an annual membership fee to Business accounts only. The WatchRegister.com platform uses the latest blockchain technology and uses the very best hardware, software, security systems and encryption, constantly monitoring, maintaining and upgrading every aspect to provide our members with a secure, efficient and user friendly experience.



How Do I Pay My Membership Fee
Paying your Business membership fee is made simple through Pay Pal with funds credited to your account in real time.



How Do I Change The Status Of My Watches
Follow the navigation to your Watches section, select the watch you wish to change the status of and click Edit. Change the status of your watch from the drop down selection and click save. The status of your watch will be immediately changed.



If My Watch Is Lost or Stolen, What Do I Do
In the unfortunate event that your watch is lost or stolen, WatchRegister.com becomes a valuable service to inform private buyers, collectors and the trade know of the watches status. Login to your account and navigation to your Watches section, select the watch you wish to change the status of and click Edit. Change the status of your watch from the drop down selection and click save. The status of your watch will be immediately changed. You must insert the crime reference and some notes to advise any searcher to contact you or law enforcement. Any Personal, Business or Law Enforcement user that makes a search for your watch brand and serial number, will see its current status and be presented with your contact email and telephone number, and an email will be sent to your inbox alerting you of a lost or stolen search hit.



If Another Member Searches For One Of My Watches That Is Lost Or Stolen, What Happens?
When our database receives a lost or stolen watch serial/brand search hit, the registered owner of the watch receives an instant email notification to alert them with name, telephone and email details of the account user who processed the search. The status of the watch is displayed for the user with your name, telephone and email details so they can also contact you.



What Notifications Will I Receive By Email
You can turn on/off any of these standard notifications.
1) Notify me by email if one of my regstered watches is searched by another member.
2) Notify me by email when another member starts a watch transfer to my account.
3) Notify me by email when a watch I transfer to another members account is completed.
4) Notify me by email if one of my lost watches is searched by another member.
5) Notify me by email if one of my stolen watches is searched by another member.



What Do I Do If I Sell Any Of My Watches
If you sell one of your watches that is registered at WatchRegister.com you have three options.
1) You can transfer the watch to the buyers WatchRegister.com account using our Transfer function. Navigate to your Watches section, select the watch you wish to transfer and click the "Transfer" button. The details of the watch you are transferring will be displayed. Simply enter the email address of the member you wish to transfer the watch to and follow the onscreen instructions.
2) If the buyer does not already have a WatchRegister.com account, you can refer them to WatchRegister.com so they can create an account in order to receive your watch transfer.
3) You can delete/remove the watch from your WatchRegister account.
